The past week I had the opportunity to shoot a "promotional gift" for a company specialising in commercial vehicle sales. The actual photo was preceeded by an event at a local racetrack where the trucks were put through their paces. I was fortunate enough to drive in one of these beauties and I can tell you they handle better than most passanger cars.

Jacaranda Haven
Sooo.., to put my money where my mouth is, I took my camera along last week when I went to go visit an old friend of the family at an old age home called Jacaranda Haven. I thought what better way to start than to capture a piece of history. Carlo has lived the most amazing life and a ton of knowledge will be lost if one day he leaves for a better place.
GOYA !
Welcome to the first post of my GOYA project! GOYA? What the hell is that?
GOYA is a phrase I borrowed from an Atlanta based photographer named Zack Arias and it stands for "Get Off Your Arse". For those of you who don't know who Zack Arias is: He is the God of one light photography, who's generous tutorials set me on my way to becoming a professional photographer.
